1. Agreement to Terms

By using the DocIsIn application, website, or waiting room TV display system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DocIsIn provides real-time OPD queue estimations, doctor IN/OUT availability indicators, and clinic token management tools. DocIsIn is a queue convenience software and does NOT provide emergency medical intervention or medical triage.

3. Medical Emergency Disclaimer

DocIsIn is NOT intended for life-threatening medical emergencies. If you or someone under your care requires immediate emergency medical attention, visit the nearest emergency casualty ward or call emergency services immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for arriving at the clinic in a timely manner. Queue speeds and consultation lengths vary depending on clinical complexity. Doctors and clinics retain full discretion over consultation orders and emergency patient prioritization.
